- As Digital architect, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive global digital architecture strategy that supports the digital roadmap.
- You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and robust digital architecture solutions aligned with industry best practices, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
- You will guide the implementation of digital architecture solution initiatives across the digital portfolio and provide support and oversight throughout the implementation process.
- You will conduct in-depth evaluations of emerging digital technologies, platforms, frameworks and assess their potential to enhance our digital capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption or integration into our existing architecture.
- You will collaborate with technical or IT architecture teams and other cross-functional teams and provide architectural guidance to design and architect digital solutions.
- You will define integration strategies and patterns to enable seamless data flow and interoperability between digital systems, third-party applications, and legacy systems to ensure data integrity, security, and real-time information exchange.
- You will foster a collaborative and innovative environment to translate business requirements into technical specifications to be able to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- You have a PhD master's degree with at least 5 years relevant experience digital Life Science.
- You have proven experience as a Digital Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing digital architectural solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, architecture frameworks, and industry best practices.
- You have experience in agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, and implementing emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You keep abreast of new developments and innovation in digital technologies and strategy.
- You are known for your pragmatism, hands-on mentality, leadership and social skills.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
