You have experience in business and you have a good understanding of accounting principles.
You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real team player, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.You challenge both yourself and your team to exceed the expectations of our customers and constantly find new and better ways of working.Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) You translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and you implement the various actions. You support your co-managers in drawing up an annual schedule with the financial targets and you help follow it up.
You report the monthly and annual results.
You support the management team in discovering new opportunities and improvements and you follow up the actions.
You support the various departments in following up and implementing actions to achieve the financial targets.
