Our client, an international non-profit research organization in oncology, is looking for a Legal Counsel to support clinical research activities and organizational operations. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, providing legal and ethical advice, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth execution of contracts and compliance in an international setting.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements related to clinical research (e.g., confidentiality, clinical study, consortium, services, grants, vendor agreements).
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate legal aspects of study activities (start-up, amendments, terminations).
Advise on legal and ethical issues linked to research, including informed consent and governance.
Provide guidance on legal matters concerning the organization's operations as an aisbl (insurance, statutes, etc.).
Support the philanthropy department with legal advice when required.

Master's in Law with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, medical field, or contract law.
Experience at the Bar is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English; French and other languages are an asset.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and an interest in scientific and non-profit topics.
