Benelux Finance, Controlling and Legal (FCL) team is made of several departments which all report to the ALBI CFO:
Finance local teams, Business Controls, Legal Department and Internal Control. The VIE will be part of the Internal Control section of the FCL department.We are an international team, speaking English, and all profiles are welcomed!You will be part of a key process, interacting closely with different stakeholders:
FCL Department
Commercial teams
Customer service teams
ALBI Operations team
Procurement team
Finance team based in Lisbon
External and Internal auditorsHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?In this VIE mission, you will play a central role, working alongside the ALBI Internal Control Manager and CFO to ensure operations are controlled in compliance with Air Liquide Group control principles, for the activities of IM, LI and H2E:
  • Reinforce procedures and operating / best practices are available, known and followed.
  • Reinforce compensatory controls linked to IC Core Controls for Benelux perimeter.
  • Reinforce Access Right Managements reviews and controls for Benelux perimeter.
  • Improve operational efficiency by improving the quality of the company’s processes.
Communicate and deliver internal control process improvements:
  • Informs ALBI employees of existing Group and Local procedures linked to Internal Control.
  • Proposes improvement actions linked to Internal Control scope.
  • Helps domain managers implement key controls and exception reports.
