You inspect on-site machines and complete production lines.
You report your observations and provide improvement suggestions where possible.
You initiate new projects using your expertise to fine-tune installations for optimal performance. Depending on the size and location of the installation, this may involve periods abroad.
You carry out repairs, mostly preventive, replacing worn or spare parts. Occasionally, you’ll also handle urgent interventions.
In addition to mechanical maintenance, you use your automation knowledge to diagnose issues with machines or lines.
You use your thorough process knowledge to optimize recycling installations in terms of control technology.
You will use your time at the office for the necessary reporting and preparation.
You maintain good communication and share your knowledge with customers and internal service colleagues.
You adhere to the safety regulations applicable at the intervention site.
Are you the perfect match?
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering/industrial engineering.
You have a good knowledge of (electro)mechanics and/or electricity.
You enjoy working at the customer's site, preferably have experience in this area, and are therefore flexible in terms of working hours, travel, and possible overnight stays.
You have strong analytical skills for identifying malfunctions and defects.
You are solution-oriented, autonomous, and efficient in your work.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
