For one of our customers based in the region of Zaventem, we are currently looking for a HR GeneralistIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and employee support across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.- Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel administration and employee records.- Act as the primary contact with the payroll provider and external HR partners.- Provide general HR support to employees and management.- Organize and conduct exit interviews.- Oversee and coordinate training programs and follow up on employee development.- Maintain compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal HR policies.- Contribute actively to HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.Flemish Brabant Generalist HR position- Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist HR function.- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and personnel administration.- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (both written and spoken).- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- A true team player, with a collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach.Our customer is a company active in the FMCG sector which belongs to an international group.- A dynamic and international working environment.- An opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of both employees and the company.- A supportive team culture where your ideas and initiatives are valued.
