Develop and grow a client base across care homes, hospitals, hotels, prisons, community centers, and industrial laundries
Sell complex, tailor-made technical solutions rather than off-the-shelf products
Manage long-term sales cycles that can span several months to years
Build and nurture strong relationships through consistent, structured follow-up
Identify market opportunities and create strategic entry plans in Western Europe
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client processes and offering the right solutions
Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to shape customer proposals
Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits
Travel frequently within Western Europe (approx. 40-50%)
Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to international business growth
Are you technically-minded?Are you commercially-driven?
Proven commercial background in industrial laundry or a related technical sector, with at least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Strong technical-commercial mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions
Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and driven by results, with a structured and persistent approach to long sales cycles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English - additional European languages are a strong asset
Willing to travel frequently and capable of managing priorities across multiple markets with professionalism and discipline
