Compensation - Competitive (including bonus)Job DescriptionOverview: As a Scrum Master within the Connected Services Department of our esteemed car manufacturing company, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT capabilities and business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in both information technology and business processes, you will facilitate the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance the connectivity and digital experience for our customers.Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather business requirements related to connected services and digital initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in line with strategic objectives.
2. Solution Design and Development:
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs, IT standards, and architectural principles.
3. Project Management:
  • Lead or participate in project teams responsible for the delivery of connected services and digital solutions.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, and actively manage project risks and issues.
4. Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and select third-party vendors and partners to support the development and delivery of connected services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions.
5.Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test plans and scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and security of connected services applications.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback gathering to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
6. Change Management and Training:
  • Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate the adoption of new connected services and digital capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization and benefits of implemented solutions.
7.Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in connected services offerings.
  • Propose enhancements and optimizations to existing processes, systems, and applications to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as a business analyst in the automotive industry or related field, with a focus on connected service, telematics, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and architecture, including cloud computing, IoT, APIs, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modelling, and use case development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
