Job Category: Client ExperienceJob Description:The Division: Client Experience - Client Business StrategyThe roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior product manager to reinforce the digital communication channels product department which is part of the broader Client Experience Division within Euroclear. The Digital Communication Channels department drives our digital ambitions, to the benefit of our clients who will truly consider we are 'making their lives easier and creating value', but equally to the benefit of our internal efficiency and effectiveness.We will define and roll out a best in industry digital communication strategy, catering for our Clients and Parties expectations, solving their pain points, ensuring that our Products and services embed by design our aspirational Client Experience.You will be joining an international and geographically spread team and through strong collaboration, you will articulate the business strategy for different digital communication channels and engage the company to deliver and grow these digital products & services. You will be leveraging our franchise to expand globally and re-architecting the post trade landscape.The missionYou will be formulating the communication strategy for multiple digital communication products for the different group CSDs by aligning cross divisional teams, uncovering opportunities, and analysing consumer behaviour. You will identify features that need to be changed to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organisation to implement these changes.You will monitor, analyse, and evaluates market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities in relation to digital communication channels and propose a suitable response.You will take ownership and research ideas where appropriate consulting the market on potential developments, either via working groups, bilateral meetings, or publication of thought leadership papers. You will assess industry movements in relation to digital communication products as well as refine value-based pricing post the launch of new products/services. This also includes identifying the impacts of technological and/or regulatory changes on Euroclear and its clients, analyse the opportunities to develop new services around it. The production of feasibility studies and pre-business cases in relation to proposed developments.You will represent Group companies in external and group meetings (this could be bilateral or with trade organisations) and you may be required to undertake some travel.As part of the Communication Channels MT, you will be working closely with your direct colleagues to grow the communication channels revenue of the group, track product success, analysis P&L metrics, KPIs and make recommendations for further improvements to the portfolio of digital communication products.As a senior member of the team, you will also:

Your Profile
Experience working in a senior product, network or business analyst role and can support any business development needs. Experience working in a transversal environment and preferably have business management experience in the financial service industry.
Ability to analyse complex data and processes to make informed decisions.
Ability to remain resilient in the face of challenges, demonstrating a positive attitude and adaptability when dealing with change and uncertainty.
Strong credibility and independence of opinion, with clear ability to impact and influence others especially in difficult discussions.
A proactive approach to embracing and driving change is crucial for this role.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box and develop novel solutions to complex problems.
