:We are seeking an experienced HVAC Package Owner to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Belgium. :
Supervise HVAC installation for pharma manufacturing facility including air handling units, cleanroom systems, and process ventilation
Oversee installation of critical cleanroom HVAC systems, temperature and humidity control systems, and contamination control equipment
Coordinate with process engineering teams to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Manage HVAC construction teams and subcontractors to deliver systems on schedule while maintaining GMP compliance requirements
Supervise installation of emergency ventilation systems and critical environment monitoring systems
Ensure compliance with HVAC codes, safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards for controlled environments
Coordinate pre-commissioning activities
Manage quality control processes including inspection, testing, and documentation required for facility validation
Oversee commissioning and qualification activities for HVAC systems in accordance with validation protocols
Coordinate with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory requirements

Supervisory experience in HVAC construction, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of HVAC regulations, safety standards, and pharma industry requirements for controlled environments
Experience with pharma manufacturing facility HVAC systems, cleanroom design, and contamination control
Understanding of GMP requirements for HVAC systems including documentation, testing, and validation protocols
Proven ability to manage construction teams and coordinate complex technical installations in regulated environments
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical discipline
Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageous
