You will be responsible for campus recruitment covering junior and internship roles.In more sentences?
You will …
- ensure a professional and enthusiastic candidate experience, after all you are their first point of contact;
- liaise with the business to collect and maintain up to date the junior and internship recruitment needs across the different departments;
- represent RSM Belgium at job fairs en recruitment events;
- work closely with your colleagues from the Talent Acquisition team as well as with the business to ensure thehiring process runs smoothly;
- facilitate the candidate journey through the recruitment process from scheduling interviews with the different internal stakeholders, conducting background checks, …
- coordinate the administration that comes along with above responsibilities and manage the recruitment mailbox;
- be the gatekeeper of the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools we use;
- monitor the application processes so that everything runs consistently, correctly and smoothly;
- make various reports on a weekly and monthly basis including ROI at the end of the job fair season;
- manage the junior job postings on our career website and other job boards;
- be the point of contact for campuses and student organisations to increase and maintain our visibility among students;
- ensure a smooth start and onboarding of trainees;
- give support to different recruitment projects;
- and many more.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Office Management and have two years of relevant experience as a recruiter;
- Consistency, Diplomacy and Accuracy are you middle names;
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and French. Are you trilingual and do you speak English, then we are totally fond of you;
- You can work independently after you are totally up and running but understand why there is no I in TEAM;
- You are an organisational talent, have great time-management skills and respect deadlines. The pro in pro-active is your trademark;
- You solve problems in no time, like lemon remove grease stains;
