purposeIn collaboration with the Talent Manager and the Talent & Mobility Officer, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and implementation of Fluxys' talent management initiatives. respon­sibilities
  • You will contribute to the development of talent management strategies and coordinate and implement them in line with human resources policies in the following areas: talent review, succession planning, internal mobility, performance management, competency management, integration and diversity
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify leadership and skills needs, design tailored development programmes and promote a culture of continuous development within the organisation
  • You will lead the full performance management cycle by fostering an approach focused on feedback and professional development, while ensuring that individual objectives align with organisational objectives
  • You will work closely with the Talent & Mobility Officer to establish a robust internal mobility and career development structure, providing clear guidelines and support programmes to facilitate employee career progression. You will do the same for the onboarding of new talents by ensuring they are proactively welcomed into the company culture, and you will provide ongoing support to promote their long-term success
  • You will integrate the competency model into all talent management processes and develop a framework that facilitates the effective use of skills by employees and managers
  • You will establish data collection systems to track the progress and results of our initiatives
  • You will analyse this data to measure the effectiveness of our programmes, identify emerging trends and patterns, and define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative
  • You will use HR technologies and analytics tools to collect and review this data, as well as explore innovative approaches to measuring the impact of our talent management actions
About

  • You have a master's degree in human resources or equivalent experience
  • You have at least five years of experience in talent management, internal mobility or career development
  • You have already led complex change initiatives while actively promoting a positive talent development culture
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive attitude, initiative and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
  • You have a proven ability to analyse data and present meaningful results to stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Experience using advanced HR analytics tools and technologies would be a plus
  • You have good project management skills, you enjoy working to deadlines and you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and French and have a good command of English
