The person must also ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goalsWhat will be your responsibilities?
- Follow up all aspects related to crushing and screening projects in collaboration with all stakeholders:
- Sales administration
- Logistics
- Technical aspects
- Generate crushing and screening technical offers in collaboration with the OEM and the local entities
- Collaborate with Cluster/Country/Support Managers for implementation of action plans in line with related business strategy
- Being a quality point of contact for the OEM for all business aspects
- Support Business development and provide global offer to sales operations (project, tender, or standardize application, TCO) with application needed resources in collaboration with :
- Internal support departments and teams (OEM Account Managers, After-Market Teams, Corporate Finance Teams, …)
- External supports (OEM representative, design team or technical expert)
- Provide global & bundled offers dedicated to quarry customer technical challenges, with a focus on crushing and screening aspects.
- Deploy application training & demo (Smart Fleet, Operator Training) & application event to all sales & technical teams
- Implement tools, processes and policies in line with group guidelines, adapting them to BU's specificities
- Manage projects sold from customer's order to commissioning finalization. Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal resources.
- Master in Engineering (Mining/Geology/Mechanical/Chemistry)
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience in mineral processing (quarry/mining engineer/process engineer, plant engineer)
- Crushing and screening knowledge is an asset
- Fluent English and French
- Proficient skills in Microsoft office products
