- Manage key B2B customer relationships, including food manufacturers and beverage producers in Belgium, France and Spain.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract agreements to drive profitability.
- Work closely with R&D and technical teams to support customers in product development and innovation projects.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Contribute to relationships with growers, processors, and suppliers.
- Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability in the sales process.
- Monitor commodity pricing and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, supply chain, quality, and operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the food and beverage ingredients industry - more years are welcome.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with direct end-customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of fruit and vegetable ingredients (such as concentrates, purees, dried or frozen products) and their particular seasonality.
- Experience specifically with beverage applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; French and Spanish are beneficial.
