You will build and oversee a talented team of (product) marketeers that will craft and implement data-driven value propositions tailored to serve Dstny’s seven entities throughout Europe.This role requires real hands-on experience launching software-centric products in a B2B tech environment through both direct and indirect sales channels. You should possess a commercial mindset and be able drive strategic decision-making based on qualitative and quantitative insights from the market and customers/channel feedback.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the overall go-to-market strategies for our SME segment:TAM, market share, competitive assessment by categoryTarget audience definition and priorities, customer & partner needsGrowth levers across offerings, GTM, geosoPricing & PackagingMarketing strategyPartner & Customer Value proposition and messagingDirect & indirect channel enablementOversee the go-to-market workstream for strategic marketing projects such as product launches, flagship campaigns, and growth initiatives, ensuring differentiated value proposition, cross-functional alignment, and channel enablement.Drive market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.Understand the competitive landscape and identify markets gaps to proactively identify business opportunities, with a focus on new revenue.Partner with product management, sales & marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.Collaborate with local marketing teams to translate strategy into execution tactics.Build and lead a growing team of (product) marketing leaders with a deep understanding of the segment and our offerings across all product categories.What we're looking for in you...Proven experience (7+ years) in one or more of following disciplines in a B2B context: strategic marketing, value proposition design and implementation, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, product management.Proven track record of successfully launching and market complex software products.Highly pragmatic leader willing to drive both strategy and fast pace execution.Thrive and proven success influencing peers across sales, marketing, product management and regional leaders in a high matrixed and global organization.Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights to drive business decision-making.Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long term priorities.A drive to constantly measure, optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer/partner experience.Strong executive presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.Ability and willingness to travel within Europe at approximately 1-2 trips per quarter.We have a core set of Dstny values (ICORE), which all successful candidates must possess, along with the relevant expertise and experience:Innovation: We innovate to stay ahead.
