In search of Technical BuyerAs a Technical Buyer your key responsibilities are:Source, evaluate, and procure technical equipment, components, and services for projects and assets (e.g., spare parts and consumables for marine assets, survey equipment, IT equipment, ...).Review technical specifications and collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement meets requirements.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate with logistics teams to manage transportation and delivery of materials offshore or other locations.Monitor market trends, identify potential risks in the supply chain, and recommend improvements.Ensure all procurement activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with QHSSE standards.What do we expect from you?You obtained a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.You have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.You are technically proficient to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.You have excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.It is a plus if you have knowledge of offshore logistics and operations.What do we offer you?A challenging job in a fast-growing environment.A good working climate within a young dynamic team.A competitive salary.The chance to actively grow within our organization.
