ResponsibilitiesKeysight Belgium is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role reports to and provides administrative support to the Country General Manager and offers administrative assistance to the Leuven R&D team consisting of four managers and approximately 50 engineers. This person will primarily work from and for the Leuven site but will occasionally handle tasks for Belgium as a whole
- Be the go-to person for our Leuven site – welcome visitors and manage incoming communications, while also supporting colleagues on site by assisting with administrative and organizational matters, connecting them with the right contacts, and enabling them to focus fully on their core work.
- Support leadership and teams – coordinate meetings, events and travel, prepare presentations, take minutes, manage schedules and track budgets.
- Keep operations running smoothly – manage office supplies, vendor relations, purchase orders, and workplace services in collaboration with facilities teams.
- Drive processes and engagement – own and administratively drive recurring activities like reviews, team meetings, and onboarding for new hires and interns.
- Oversee documentation and compliance – handle approvals, archiving, and official communications, support reporting for national programs and work closely with finance, HR, and legal teams.
- Handle HR administration: maintain and update HR systems, process contract amendments, draft essential HR documents, manage sensitive employee information and provide support for recruitment activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and processes and provide training to others as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus.
