Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working systemYour Role & Team in a NutshellAs a Financial Analyst, you will support the finance and brand management teams in the new product development process, product profitability analysis, and monthly P&L forecasting and reporting for the DYMO brand.You will be a part of a small finance team, cooperating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, pricing and other finance teams spread across regions.
By delivering timely and accurate financial data, you will significantly impact management's decision-making processes.We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and reporting for the brand development teams to guide profitable business decisions.
- Understand sales & profitability across the brand portfolio of categories, products, customers, and competitors.
- Analyse on a detailed basis and estimate the profitability of new projects as well as capital investments; responsible for modelling & tracking these new product investments.
- Contribute to the monthly variance analysis process, monthly business reviews, and budget/forecasting cycles.
- Drive continuous improvements to processes and management reporting within the finance organisation to reduce manual effort, redundant work and improve the quality of financial data.
- Analyse large amounts of data and summarise key takeaways and insights.
- Ad hoc financial analysis projects and reports preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-5 years of combined experience in finance/accounting or FP&A roles in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods sector
- Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience building financial dashboards, P&L planning and reporting tools in MS Excel
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Power BI or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate complex data sets to non-finance colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of SAP and/or Hyperion would be a plus
