We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of fertilizers and phytosanitary products across Belgium. The role involves building strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agri-dealers, providing technical advice, and driving the adoption of innovative crop solutions to support sustainable and profitable agriculture.As a successful Field Sales Representative Agro - Fertilizer & Phytosanitary - Belgium, you will have the following responsibilities:
Commercial representative: Promote the company's product range and achieve sales targets.
Account Management: Build trust-based relationships, manage the portfolio of existing customers (farmers, cooperatives, distributors & agri-dealers) in Belgium by proposing them innovative solutions adapted to their needs & requirements. Ensure close follow-up.
Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand your customers portfolio in Belgium.
Technical Advice & Field support: Advise clients on the best use of fertilizers and crop protection products based on soil, crop, and climate conditions.
Market Monitoring: Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
External representation: Organize and participate in field trials, demos, trade fairs, and local agricultural events to showcase product performance.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activity, and customer feedback using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports for the sales manager.

A Bachelor/ Master degree in agriculture, agronomy, BioSciences or related fields
Proven experience in field sales within the agronomy, crop input advisory or fertilizer sectors.
Strong knowledge of agricultural products (fertilizers, crop protection product, phytosanitary products and their applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Proficiency in Dutch & French; knowledge of English is a plus.
