Our client is seeking a talented and passionated Junior Legal Counsel to support their growing operations in Belgium.The Junior Legal Counsel will work from their headquarters in Brussels and report directly to the Head of Legal Belgium.This role has a significant impact on the entire company and requires close collaboration with all internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources.You will work in close & dynamic Legal team and report to the Head of Legal Belgium.Your responsibilities will be :
Provide practical legal advice to the entire company to ensure compliance with legal requirements, with a focus on contractual and commercial law, data privacy, and corporate law.
Review and draft contracts and agreements (such as agreements with customers and suppliers, distribution agreements, lease agreements) on the best possible commercial terms.
Corporate housekeeping follow-up.
Proactively monitor legislation and case law related to various legal domains affecting the company.

Master's degree in Law (with knowledge of Belgian law).
Approximately 3 years of work experience in a law firm or international company.
Good command of Dutch and English (knowledge of other languages such as French is a plus).
Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn

Ability to efficiently prioritise, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
Stress tolerance, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in working with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
