Vaccines Distribution Planning Transversal SpecialistPlease note that this is a Temporary Assignment (CDD) starting as soon as possible with an end date as of December 31st, 2024.Job purpose:As the Vaccines Distribution Planning (VDP) Transversal Specialist, you ensure VDP processes, SOPs and ways of working compliant with the shipment's requirements, through the management of Logistics Service Providers. You will guarantee performance management and cost control of the service received.In this role, YOU will..Lead LSP operational meeting (governances, action tracker, follow up, challenge KPIs reported)Track the performance of LSP’s teams to monitor their efficiency: i.e. Right First-Time service, quality of the data transferred to VDP.Manage Deviation and CAPAEnsure consistency between logistics service provided and invoiced costs.Own the Route Assessment process.Responsible for SOP/WKI managementResponsible for Master Data Change RequestWhy You?Basic Qualifications:University Degree in Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management; alternatively commercial/logistics consolidated background.Consolidated experience in supply chain management, Logistics, transportation and/or warehousing.Understanding of the E2E distribution model with specific focus on where savings and improvements can be achieved.Fluent English (written and spoken); any other language is a plusProven experience with SAP.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to impact and influence decision making with internal and external key stakeholders.Good communication skills to negotiate and defend GSK interestsProblem-solver and continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quoAnalytical mindset.Team player as well as autonomous on managing priorities and deadlines (time management)Stress resistant and Adaptability.If you have a disability and require assistance during the course of the selection process, you will have the opportunity to let us know what specific assistance you require in order to make suitable arrangements.Why Us?GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organization where people can thrive.
