Our hybrid working policy allows homeworking for up to 60%.As an IT Digital Solution Architect, you are the design authority for software products and platforms we develop or compose across the digital solution spectrum (e.g., web, mobile, IoT, data and AI/ML). You are a trusted thought leader with a hands-on attitude, who thrives on collaboratively solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions for our internal and external stakeholders.What you’ll do:
  • Apply and enhance your architecture and technology expertise while designing impactful stakeholder solutions across the digital spectrum.
  • Address leading-edge architecture and engineering challenges in collaboration with multidisciplinary internal and external experts through our strategic partnerships.
  • Explore and assess new and emerging technologies and practices, distinguishing between hype and actual value potential.
  • Work within an agile, iterative, and outcome-focused environment, emphasizing a user experience-centric and product management mindset.
  • Create and document end-to-end solution architectures for initiatives, engaging and advising stakeholders on vision, roadmaps, requirements, and constraints.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and software architectures, platforms, technologies, and other offerings, providing decision-ready recommendations.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
  • Excellent broad knowledge on modern technologies, specifically in the Azure ecosystem.
You should be able to engage deeply with experts in the domains of security, networking, infrastructure, automation, data and all other technology disciplines.
  • Able to architect end-to-end solutions for business with an enterprise focus
composing software and technologies, ensuring high security, scalability, ease of deployment and maintenance, efficiency and other non-functional aspects. Able to provide multiple options to key problems and deliver convincing trade-off analysis towards stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
and an ability to cut through the noise, drive to simplicity and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Hold a master's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or equivalent field of study.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a software architecture or solution architecture role, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end digital solution design and development.
  • Maintain a data-centric mindset, consistently considering how solutions' data can be readily exposed to facilitate future products, use-cases, and expedite business decision-making.
