Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Contract Manager to lead international commercial contract management, support negotiation processes, oversee contract performance, and contribute to key cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the Legal Director. The role requires a Belgian Master in Law, 5+ years of experience in international contract negotiation and management, and fluency in English.End-to-End Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements
Coordinate with shareholders and lead supplier negotiations
Monitor contract execution, performance, and compliance
Manage renewals, amendments, and conflict resolution processes
Cross-Functional Business Support
Advise and support commercial teams during negotiations
Ensure compliance with competition law and internal policies
Conduct regular training and awareness sessions on contract-related legal topics
Contract Risk Management and Reporting
Anticipate and report on contractual risks to internal stakeholders
Provide regular updates to legal, commercial, and executive teams
Template and Governance Oversight
Maintain and develop standardized contract templates
Ensure alignment with internal and external legal frameworks
Additional Legal and Contractual Support
Review agreements with third-party vendors and partners
Support basic corporate governance activities with external counsel
Contribute to co-managing transversal projects (e.g. digital legal tools, team development initiatives)

Holds a Master's Degree in Law (Belgium)
Brings at least 5 years of experience in international contract management or commercial contract negotiation
Demonstrates strong contract drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
Has professional fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Dutch, or German are a plus)
