That is why we are looking for a 'Research Consultant' within our Customer Experience team. This team specializes in customer satisfaction and journey research, but also employee experience and corporate reputation.WILL YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?
  • You will be a key point of contact for our clients. As a Consultant, you will take an advisory role towards the client, and try to create added value and impact with each project.
  • Moreover, you get the opportunity to help build our growing client portfolio.
  • Your out-of-the-box thinking ensures we create added value in each of our projects.
  • You translate the needs and expectations of clients into a research design and best-in-class research proposal.
  • You are responsible for quantitative research projects from A to Z. This means that you write questionnaires, monitor the fieldwork and interpret the data. Moreover, you can translate the results of a research into concrete recommendations and convey 'storytelling' wise to our clients.
  • In addition, you report and present the results to clients with great enthusiasm.
HOW DO YOU COMPLEMENT US?
  • You have at least three to five years of experience in (market) research or customer experience and are ready for the next step in your career.
  • You hold a master's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • A particular interest in Financials and Insurances, Telecommunication, Services and the Mobility industry is beneficial.
  • Your analytical skills are your strength. You also take responsibility and have the ability to meet deadlines.
  • You have a positive mindset with your can-do mentality.
  • You like variety; every day has a new angle. You work with different clients in different sectors.
  • A 9-to-5 mentality is not for you. You like to be flexible.
  • Obviously you have a strong knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French, but you're also fluent in English.
