They are looking for a Solution Architect CRMYou'll be joining a team that translates business and IT requirements into solution architecture designs for large and medium-scale systems, utilizing your knowledge of technologies and integrating existing products and new developments. Here's what we expect from you:Take ownership of a non-functional requirements specification.Review and approve functional and non-functional requirements specifications.Design optimal solution architectures that support the business and contribute to achieving the target architecture.Act as a coach for the project team(s).Be responsible for the overall quality of solutions (implementation and/or customization).Shaping the appropriate architecture to solve the problem is just one facet of the architect's responsibilities. The architect must also:Define, document, and communicate about it.Share knowledge of current solutions, technologies, and methodologies with colleagues by participating in communities of practice.Protect the solution architecture (proprietary) as well as its integrity and coherence. Ensure that everyone uses it, and does so correctly.Ensure its understanding by stakeholders and management (to the necessary level of detail).Ensure that the architecture is not only suitable for operations but also for long-term deployment and maintenance.Multinational insurance company |Solution Architect CRMYou hold a degree in computer science or equivalent through experience and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, including 5 years in designing IT solutions for complex projects.You have excellent communication skills and can write complex documents and provide persuasive presentations.You can define and analyze user requirements and advise users on the scope and options for business and IT improvements.You are flexible, proactive, structured, and quality-oriented.You are a team player and can leverage your peers' knowledge to build the best possible solution.You have a passive knowledge of French and preferably can express yourself orally in French. You have excellent skills in multi-technology integration architectures: Cobol/Mainframe, Java EE, etc.
You can ensure that architecture governance is followed by all your stakeholders.
You are comfortable with modeling with Archimate, and preferably master EA Sparx.
You have a good understanding of SOA and API paradigms.
You have good knowledge of at least one Application Server technology, one Enterprise Service Bus technology, and one database technology.
You have excellent architecture and solution design skills.
