:PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Senior Construction Scheduler on a major data center construction project, developing and maintaining comprehensive construction programs across all phases and trades..:
Develop master construction schedule using Primavera P6
Create detailed work breakdown structures and activity sequencing
Conduct critical path analysis and resource leveling
Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking
Coordinate scheduling across multiple contractors and trades
Monitor progress against baseline and identify recovery opportunities
Develop "what-if" scenarios and schedule optimization strategies
Support construction sequencing and logistics planning
Manage schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis
Prepare schedule reports and attend progress meetings
Interface with project controls team on earned value integration
Lead schedule risk analysis and contingency planning

6+ years construction scheduling on major projects (€100M+)
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and trade sequences
Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure preferred
Knowledge of MEP coordination and critical systems commissioning
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contractor teams
Data center construction phases and technology integration knowledge
Critical path analysis and schedule compression techniques
Resource planning and optimization capabilities
Fluent English; local language skills beneficial
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
