Requirements & Qualifications:
Business Skills Requirements:
Proficient in semiconductor chip principles, design, and process flows; demonstrated successful development experience with SPAD image sensors;
Proficient in silicon-based process development flows, with mastery of fundamental principles for deposition, etching, photolithography, etc.. Possess experience in CMOS process integration, Backside illumination (BSI), and 3D stacking technologies;
Established industry influence in SPAD pixel technology with clear insights into cutting-edge developments, be capable of maintaining top-tier competitiveness in the field.
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
Degree in Microelectronics, Optoelectronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines;
In-depth understanding of semiconductor chip principles, design, and process flows; 10+ years of development experience with SPAD/TOF/CIS image sensors.
