Our mission is to protect our customers by assuring built-in quality in our Installation facilities companies (HUB). We achieve this through:
  • Driving quality improvement activities (based on customer concerns, HUB audits, recurrence prevention activities, …) and reflecting the learnings into our Quality Standards.
  • Avoiding critical flow outs due to installation participating in during accessory development process.
  • Defining the framework to ensure Regulatory compliance of HUBs, including frequent liaison with related Type-approval Authorities (TAA) in Europe.
  • Promoting innovation and improvement of digital Assembly Quality Systems which enhance built-in-quality and minimise the risk for (critical) flow-out.
Your responsibilities
  • You will participate during the development process of the accessories assuring all possible critical flow outs due to installation are avoided. Requesting design or installation process changes and defining all the mandatory controls for Quality assurance (including Regulation compliance)
  • You will perform audits in HUBs to confirm Quality Systems in place and Conformity of Production assured.
  • You will coordinate the Conformity of Production Certification with the Type-Approval Authorities within the HUBs.
  • You will study in depth the root cause of critical manufacturing concerns and identify structural improvements towards our Quality Standards to support better Built-In quality at our HUBs.
  • You will coordinate learnings from manufacturing concerns among our HUBs and Dealers.
  • Building on your experience gathered through these activities, you will drive projects to apply Kaizen to our operations and to improve our cooperation with related divisions.

  • Good fact finding and analysis skills in order to draw conclusions from the gathered data and information.
  • Good personal organization skills in order to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation aptitude in an assertive but diplomatic way in order to reach consensus and get buy-in.
  • Relevant education level, for example technical higher education or Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, automotive…).
  • Willing to travel: 20 – 30% within Europe.
  • Valid driving license for EuropeAnd last but not least, a passion for mobility solutions.
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
